Crockpot Pumpkin Chili
Serves 6-8 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 4-6 hours

Ingredients:
2 lb lean, Reil Ranch grass-fed ground beef
1 large onion, diced
4 cans dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
4 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce (unseasoned)
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- Heat a large skillet and grease with cooking spray. Brown the meat with the diced onion until cooked through. Drain any liquid, add to a large crockpot or slow cooker.
- Add the rinsed beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, pumpkin, and spices to the crockpot. Stir to mix.
- Let cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Enjoy with plain greek yogurt, shredded cheddar, or your favorite toppings!
