Our whole bulk beef box is a minimum of 352 pounds of delicious, nutrient rich protein that your entire household will love (and you'll feel good about eating)!
Because these boxes are an entire cow - the cuts and quantity will vary slightly based on the animals size but they will always be a minimum of 352 pounds with the ratios of cuts below.

About 40% Ground Beef (roughly 136 pounds of ground beef)
+ 130-140 lbs of individually packaged ground beef
About 60% Assorted Cuts (184+ pounds of cuts)
+ 12 Tenderloin Steak Packages
+ 16 Ribeye Steaks

Here's How Bulk Beef Works:
Step 1 - Reserve your beef
Reserve your beef by placing your non-refundable deposit. After your deposit is paid, we’ll personally email you to confirm your deposit and let you know your beef's scheduled processing date. Up until your beef is delivered to your doorsteps, we’ll keep you notified and updated every step of the way.
Step 2 - We'll continue to raise the BEST beef for you
Your beef will continue to be raised using our high quality practices to achieve the healthiest and tastiest beef. At your scheduled harvest time, we’ll hand pick your beef and take it to an amazing, family owned USDA processor.
Step 3 - Your beef is processed & delivery is scheduled
Our craft butchers will dry age your beef for aprox. 14 days before they cut, package and freeze your beef. Once packed, frozen and delivered to our warehouse, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance due and confirm you will be home to receive your beef on your scheduled shipping date. (We're always flexible and work with you to select your beef's shipping date!)
Step 4 - Your beef arrives at your door & you enjoy!
You can expect to receive your beef roughly 4 weeks after the scheduled processing date. All that's left to do after that is enjoy!! :)
