The Best Hamburger Soup I've Ever Had

As I write this the weather is getting colder and I am ready for soup season... (although I think soup is acceptable year round!) :)
I think this is the recipe should win an award. It's quick, easy, packed with whole food deliciousness. It is hands down the best hamburger soup I've ever had. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Instant Pot Hamburger Soup Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2-1 pound Reil Ranch Ground Beef
- 6-8 oz. of Potatoes
- 6-8 oz. Sweet Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Diced Carrots
- 2 TBSP Diced Celery (1 stalk)
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Cups Beef Bone Broth
- 3 oz Tomato Paste
- 1 Cup Frozen Green Beans (Cut small)
- 3/4 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Fully cook the ground beef on your stovetop (or in the Instant Pot on saute mode)
- Add all of the ingredients to the instant pot and lock the lid so it's sealed
- Cook on high pressure for 9 minutes. After it's done, let it natural release for 5 minutes before releasing the valve to vent
- Enjoy!
