As I write this the weather is getting colder and I am ready for soup season... (although I think soup is acceptable year round!) :) 

I think this is the recipe should win an award. It's quick, easy, packed with whole food deliciousness. It is hands down the best hamburger soup I've ever had. Give it a try and let me know what you think! 


Instant Pot Hamburger Soup Recipe 

  • 1/2-1 pound Reil Ranch Ground Beef
  • 6-8 oz. of Potatoes 
  • 6-8 oz. Sweet Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Carrots
  • 2 TBSP Diced Celery (1 stalk)
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Beef Bone Broth
  • 3 oz Tomato Paste
  • 1 Cup Frozen Green Beans (Cut small)
  • 3/4 TBSP Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  1. Fully cook the ground beef on your stovetop (or in the Instant Pot on saute mode)
  2. Add all of the ingredients to the instant pot and lock the lid so it's sealed
  3. Cook on high pressure for 9 minutes. After it's done, let it natural release for 5 minutes before releasing the valve to vent
  4. Enjoy!
