How Bulk Beef Works:

Step 1: Place Your Deposit 
After deposits open you’ll be able to reserve your beef share by placing a deposit. And what this deposit does is it just tells us to hold this amount of beef specifically for you.

Once thing I did want to mention, is that when you go to place your deposit, you’ll now be able to select the processing date that works best for you. 
You can expect your beef to be ready about 4 weeks after your selected processing date. 

After you place your deposit, you’ll receive an email confirmation automatically, but then within a week we’ll also personally email you to give you a little bit more details about your beef and what you can expect going forward. 

And then while you wait for your processing date, I’ll do my best to give you real time updates on the herd in my weekly newsletters.
 
Step #2: Pay your remaining balance and schedule your beef’s shipping date

On your scheduled date, we'll bring the cattle to our butchers who will process, package and freeze your beef. Once your beef is ready (about 3-4 weeks later), we’ll email you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment and reach out to schedule your beef’s shipping date.
 
Step #3: We will ship your beef to your front door and you’ll enjoy a freezer full of nutrient dense, delicious beef!
