This is a great recipe if you're looking for a meal idea to cook for a crowd.

When we celebrated Westin's (our oldest sons) birthday I had to prepare a meal for our large, extended family. Wes requested our favorite sloppy joes... here's how I make them:

What you'll need:
+ 2 lbs of Reil Ranch Ground Beef
+ 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
+ 1/4 Cup Chipped Celery
+ 1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
+ 1 1/2 Cups Canned Crushed Tomatoes
+ 1/4 Cup Ketchup
+ 2 TBSP Brown Sugar or Sweetener of Choice (could skip or try maple syrup)
+ 1 TBSP Vinegar
+ 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
+ 1 TBSP Steak Sauce
+ 1/4 TSP Dry Mustard
+ 1/4 TSP Paprika

Directions:
1. Cook the hamburger, onions celery and green pepper in a skillet on the stove

2. Once fully cooked, transfer to a large stock pot and add the rest of the ingredients.

3. I usually let it simmer for at least 30 minutes before serving.

That's it! Pair with buns or chips and enjoy!

When I made this recipe last, I ended up making this recipe x5 with 10lbs of ground beef. I made it the night before and then the day of the party transferred it into a crock pot so it was super easy and convenient the day of the party.
